The applicant must have experience in entertainment and event management, fashion and dealing with the media. They must be organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an excellent attention to detail. They will be required to co-ordinate and Liase with various businesses around the country. Communications and Marketing Internship
Our Communications Manager needs an additional resource to monitor, maintain and enhance our marketing and communications department. We offer you an interesting and challenging internship in a multicultural and friendly environment. The position is suited to undergraduates as well as graduates, and is based in Fribourg, Switzerland.
The position entails:
Production and distribution of our Internal Newsletter:
- Writing / researching articles for Newsletter
- Supervision of translation of articles
- Editing, layout and production
- Maintenance and Development of Corporate Intranet and Internet
- Regular production and posting of news items on Intranet
- Coordinate web governance
- Monitor use of company Intranet and Internet (Web Trends)
- Development and posting of new pages
- Organisation / support of events (conferences, meetings etc)
- Development of corporate literature, presentations, speeches and gift collection
- Supporting the Communications Manager concerning all marketing and
communications activities
The ideal candidate would preferably:
- be open-minded and flexible
- be independent, responsible, self-motivated and a multi-tasker
- have affinity with all kinds of communication activities
- have good linguistic feeling, and enjoy writing in English
- have proven writing experience
Background Preferences:
- Experience in writing
- Native English speaker, or very good English skills. Additional languages (e.g. French,
German) are a plus.

Working in our Sandymount office this is a high-pressure and fast-paced environment, so attention to detail is crucial, as is an ability to work within a team.
