Sales Manager for Leading Digital Marketing Agency in Dublin

Role:

- Identify and acquire new business streams in targeted vertical markets.

- Source, develop and grow new business partnerships.

- Evaluating market competition and updates on industry standards.

- A shared responsibility for business development planning in conjunction with the sales team.

- Sales performance reporting and forecasting.

- To meet and exceed sales targets which contribute to overall profitability and success of the organization.

- Setting and achieving overall business unit revenue and gross margin targets.

Key Requirements:

- 3rd Level Business/Accounting or Marketing qualification.

- Minimum of four years’ sales or business development experience.

- A track record of successful sales delivery and new business development.

- Knowledge of the digital media sector with a well developed network of contacts will be a significant advantage.

- Exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills as well as strong commercial acumen are required.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of the management team, reporting to the Managing Director.

Payment: 35k basic + expenses, OTE 68K

Event Manager- Pluto Communications

Marketing Communications Specialist – Vodafone (1 Year Fixed Term)

Marcomms Specialist required with big brand experience to work in a leading marketing team. You will have had exposure to working with big brands liaising with the product function and communications. Ideally you will have experience of working within an agency environment as well as exposure to working client side.

Role Purpose

The marcomms specialist is responsible for managing the planning, creation and implementation of inspirational customer centric marketing communications projects across all segments in order to build the Vodafone brand and help deliver our marketing objectives.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities

1. Develop marketing communications campaign plans for specific projects based on overall business strategy agreed with relevant Marketing Communications Partner.

2. Recommend programme of activity, utilizing appropriate ATL and BTL channels, to meet specific campaign objectives.

3. Manage campaigns from conception through to execution and delivery. Deliver regular status updates, prioritise key activities and engage appropriate stakeholders as required.

4. Write integrated creative briefs for all planned activities and agree them with appropriate manager (consumer, business, sponsorship or brand).

5. Control budget for each campaign to ensure communications are executed within budget and on time. Engage SCM where appropriate.

6. Work with ATL, Media, BTL and digital agencies to develop inspiring campaigns and effective campaigns ensuring consistency of idea and optimisation of overall spend.

7. Review agency creative presentations and engage other stakeholders. Co-ordinate feedback to agencies.

8. Recommend media and channel plans, creative layouts and copy. Gain sign off from all key stakeholders, adhering to marcomms process.

9. Ensure all communications deliver the brand idea, essence and tone of voice and are executed within the latest guidelines including responsible marketing guidelines.

10. Provide appropriate marcomms support to other (non-marketing) parts of the organisation.

11. Input into review of agencies and act on outputs to improve creative and media products.

12. Manage the review process for all campaigns and deliver detailed analysis of results.

Festival of World Cultures 2008 – Volunteers Wanted

Volunteers are vital to the successful running of the Festival and play an important role within the Festival Team structure. In 2007 over 300 volunteers alone, performed a wide variety of tasks ranging from, artist liaison, production and technical assistants, volunteer supervisors, performance supervisors, hospitality facilitators and much more. In addition to learning how a festival operates, all volunteers will receive a specialised health and safety training session prior to the Festival weekend. Not to mention meeting new and interesting friends as well as gaining automatic access to the members only Festival Volunteers Club.
